Beam welding line machine is an automated H beam welding system with high productivity and minimal deformation. It consists of an assembling machine, front welding machine, overturning machine, back welding machine and their conveying rollers.

Laser welding is a type of welding that utilizes lasers to focus light beams on the area being worked on. The energy from this light beam is absorbed by ruby crystal atoms, creating an intense heat source.

Welding process

Welding is a process that joins two metal parts together by melting them, either with or without filler metal. There are various ways to accomplish this, such as flame, arc, laser, explosion friction and brazing.

When welding, the base metal of the joint is heated to an extremely high temperature (over 1000*C) in order to melt it. A filler material then goes into this hot pool of melted metal and cools to form a strong and secure joint.

This step in welding is essential, as it creates a joint that is stronger than its base material. There are various weld configurations such as butt, full penetration, fillet and lap joints.

Welding parameters

When welding metal with a beam welding line machine, the welding parameters vary based on the metal being welded. To guarantee quality welds that are both safe and efficient, it’s essential to select the appropriate welding wire and flux.

Arc welding is a complex process involving arc physics, heat transfer, metallurgy and mechanics. Computer simulation technology can be employed to determine the most appropriate welding procedure and parameters for any given structure.

Parameters such as wire diameter, material thickness and power supply voltage can be set manually or automatically with an Auto-Set control.

Laser beam welding is a technique that utilizes an intense laser beam directed onto the work piece being joined. This produces concentrated heat that allows for deep weld penetration and reduces the size of the weld joint.

Conveyors

Beam welding line machines employ conveyors to ensure smooth operation and provide the operator with a visual indication of how quickly the beams are moving.

Horizontal welding lines utilize a conveyor that is fifty percent longer than the length of a beam, enabling it to load and assemble one piece while loading another.

These conveyors can also be designed to tack weld the two pieces together before sending them into an arc welding machine. This step is vital and can significantly speed up production.

Conveyors can also be designed to allow different thicknesses of beam to be welded simultaneously, increasing production by two and increasing overall output.
